How To Pair H1-BF Smart Handle Door Lock With The Gateway？
Smonet gateway only supports 2.4G, if your WiFi is 5G, please ask the provider of router (WiFi) to split the network to dual: one is 2.4G, one is 5G. Then you can pair the gateway with 2.4G network, your cell phone and house network could be still linked with 5G network.

Step 1: Plug in the G2 gateway and wait for the indicator to start flashing red and blue alternately.
Step 2: Open the App, find and tap "Gateway".
Step 3: Click "+" on the top right and select "G2(Wi-Fi)".
Step 4: Add the gateway and click next when the light flash alternately.
Step 5: Select your gateway and configure your network.
